OUR TEAM

Magnus Ericsson is President of RMG and was a co-founder of the
company. Responsible for advisory services including the development of
government mineral policy, and corporate marketing and expansion strategies.
Travels widely and has spent extended periods of time in southern Africa.
Holds a Master of Science degree from the Royal Institute of Technology
in Stockholm. Magnus had almost 20 years of industrial management experience
prior to joining RMG full-time in 1991. |

Lars-Åke Bergman is General Manager of Raw Materials Group. He holds a master of political
science from the University of Umeå. Prior to joining Raw Materials Group Lars-Åke worked almost 15 years
as CEO of social services in Gällivare municipality and health and medical care in Örnsköldsvik and spent 5 years
working as a consultant.

Christer Carlsson is Senior adviser at Raw Materials Group and coordinates sales and marketing
at the company. He holds a master of political science from the University of Umeå and has 30 years experience
as General Manager for both Swedish and International Companies such as Inmac. Prior to joining RMG Christer
worked for 7 years at the German company Komsa AG as Marketing Manager and Business Developer, operating from
Dresden Germany.

Tom
Ekström is a Senior Geologist,
responsible for the geological parts of Raw Materials Data. He took his
PhD in mineralogy and petrology at the University of Uppsala where he
held a research and teaching position for more than ten years. Later he
worked with the Geological Survey of Sweden and also as an exploration
manager for SGAB, the state-owned geological company. He has extensive
professional experience in Latin America and Africa including working
with mapping projects financed by the World Bank. |

Mats Andersson works as Raw Materials Groups accountant. |
|
Pernilla Schuber joined Raw Materials group in 2008 and works with sales and customer relations.
|

|
Peter Grote is a Research Analyst and analyses mining and metals information.
Peter was a nickel trader for Pechiney subsidiary Intsel and most recently
worked as an institutional commodity broker for Smith-Barney in New York.
He has metal trading experience from Bremen, London and New York. Peter
is a member of SIMRA, the Swedish Society of Business Analysts. |

Susanne Gylesjö is a Geologist and works with Raw Materials Data - Coal. After
completing her M.Sc.at the Department of Geology and Geochemistry, Stockholm University, Susanne
continued her research and now holds a Ph.Licentiate degree in Geology. She has previously
worked as a co-ordinator for ‘Geologins Dag’, a Swedish foundation to promote geology. Susanne
joined RMG in September of 2007.

Martin Jansson is a mineral economist with Raw Materials Group which he joined in 2007. He is involved
with the consultancy side of RMG. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and studied
Business Administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg, Sweden. He has particular interests in
economic and forecast modelling.

Viktoriya Larsson (né Magidova) is a Research Analyst and responsible for Coal Data as well as all
matters concerning Russia and other CIS countries at RMG. She holds a BSc in Geoecology from Murmansk
University of Technology, Russia and an MSc in Mining Engineering from Luleå University of Technology,
Sweden.She joined Raw Materials Group in 2006. |

Anton Löf is a Research Analyst and is specialist
in the global iron ore trade. Anton studied Economics and Media & Communications
at the University of Stockholm, and French at Université Stendhal in Grenoble.
Anton is also responsible for the marketing of Raw Materials Group. |

Frida Löf has worked with RMG on and of for the last couple of years. Frida is responsible for the library.
She holds a bachelor degree in political science with focus on development issues from the University of Stockholm.

Andreas Tegen is a Director of RMG, and was a co-founder of the
company. He is the architect of Raw Materials Data, and is responsible
for its on-going development. He is also the author or co-author of a
number of reports prepared by RMG and has worked on mining databases for
southern African governments. Andreas holds a Master of Science degree
from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has been working
full time with RMG since 1983. |

Fredrik Arghe
joined RMG in the beginning of 2008. Fredric is a geologist and works with Raw Materials Data. |

Herman joined RMG in 2007. Currently he is working on his obedience skills. He
is responsible for bringing unconditional love to the office. |
